Remarkably Unremarkable – Adelaide Fringe 2027

Junction19 Productions is delighted to announce that Remarkably Unremarkable will be presented across two Adelaide Fringe venues in February and March 2027!

We're incredibly excited to be working with Marino Community Hall and The Parks Theatre to bring our original family comedy-drama to audiences across Adelaide.

From the southern suburbs to the north, we're proud to be taking live theatre into local communities and creating more opportunities for audiences to experience original Australian storytelling.

Marino Community Hall – Southern Adelaide

We're thrilled to be working in partnership with Marino Community Hall, bringing Adelaide Fringe theatre to this fantastic suburban venue.

With contemporary facilities and a welcoming community atmosphere, Marino provides a wonderful setting for our production.

And getting here couldn't be easier, with Marino Railway Station just across the road, making the venue easily accessible by public transport.

The Parks Theatre – Northern Adelaide

We're equally delighted to be bringing Remarkably Unremarkable to The Parks Theatre for two special weekend matinée performances.

This gives audiences in Adelaide's northern suburbs the opportunity to experience the production closer to home, with afternoon performances perfect for a weekend theatre outing.

REMARKABLY UNREMARKABLE A new play by Paul Cooke

Every family has a story. Most of it is never told.

Three adult siblings. One family home. And a lifetime of memories left behind.

Following the death of their father, a family comes together and begins to remember the man they thought they knew. What follows is a journey through the moments that made them laugh, the moments they'd rather forget, and the seemingly insignificant memories that somehow mattered most.

Warm, funny and deeply moving, Remarkably Unremarkable is an original new play about family, love, loss and the lives we leave behind.

Because sometimes, when you look back, an ordinary life wasn't quite so ordinary after all.
